Press Freedom Day: A day to give limited freedom to press to show sensible news

In modern times, we witness that news take the form of humour which is not at all entertaining as the major reason behind writing and publishing news is to make the truth reach maximum people. We have seen many journalists taking undue advantage of the freedom given to them to favour spicy news.

We need to know all kind of news from across the world but there should be proper censoring of which news should be presented before the public and which shouldn't. The way of presenting the news should also be such that it does not hurt the public sentiments.

There should be proper censoring and awareness among the public as well. We should not believe in all the news we read and hear. It is important to differentiate between truth and lies to get the real picture of things.

Malaika Arora's father commits suicide, investigation continues

In a shocking turn of events, actor Malaika Arora's father Anil Arora has committed suicide. He jumped from his apartment building in Bandra around 9 in the morning. Kareena Kapoor, Amrita Arora, Saif Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor and Ananya Panday have also visited her residence for the last rites. Malaika Arora's ex-husband, Arbaaz Khan, also visited her with brother Sohail, sister Alvira Khan Agnihotri, and parents Salim and Salma Khan. Malaika and Arbaaz separated in 2017 but continued to co-parent Arhaan, their son. The police are still investigating the cause of death. Malaika's parents got divorced during her childhood. The reason for the suicide remains unclear as no suicide note has been recovered and the body has been sent for post-mortem. Malaika was not in Mumbai when the news of the suicide came out. She rushed back from Pune after hearing the news.
