Tobacco is not a healthy alternative to all the existing problems across the world. It is just a temporary escape route from the world which makes you forget your problems for a while but ultimately you have to come back to the daily problems.
Tobacco causes great harm to your body if consumed on a regular basis. It is very important to quit tobacco completely or consume it in a limitation so that it does not harm your body. Tobacco has ruined many families and it has a negative impact on the midset of people.
On this day, let us try to quit tobacco if we are addicted to it and if not then encorgae and motivate others to quit the same as it is not an option for leading a healthy lifestyle.
