Art in any form is a thing worth appreciating and understanding. It gives us immense pleasure whenever we witness wonderful art pieces designed by artists across the world. The main reason behind celebrating World Art Day is to understand and recognize all kinds of art forms across the world.

Art brings out innovation, creativity and diversity for people across the world and helps in encouraging dialogue and curiosity as well as sharing of knowledge. Art always have these qualities and will continue if we have a supportive environment where artistic freedom and artists are protected, promoted and respected.

The development of art also helps in establishing a peaceful and free world. The day helps to build a link between society and artistic creations. It helps in bringing proper art education in schools and help us in understanding the contribution of artists towards sustainable development.

The day can be celebrated by going to art exhibitions and galleries and admiring the work of different artists. One can also bring out their inner artists and make something creative on this day.
