Zero Discrimination Day: A day to celebrate equality across all the countries under the United Nations
Discrimination in any form whether it is cast, creed or gender is something that cannot make us progress in society. Despite so many anti-discriminatory campaigns preached across the world the discriminations still happen in any parts of the world which shows our regressive mentality.
Inequality and discrimination are interrelated to each other. Inequalities in any form can lead to discrimination and social stigma. To reduce discrimination, it is very important to address inequalities on a priority basis.
There has been a great amount of discrimination and inequality while accessing the COVID 19 vaccine which can lead to the spreading of the disease in a great amount. It is very important to form policies that can eradicate inequalities and discrimination from the ground level.
On this day, on should stop discrimination in any form in their surrounding environment and encourage their family members to do the same to make the world a better place to live in for a long time to come.
