World Sleep Day: A day to take a break from hectic schedule and rest for a while

Sound sleep is very important for physical and mental health. Without proper sound sleep, a person tends to feel lazy and dizzy all day. It is the sleep that makes us feel fresh and energetic to start our day afresh. All of us need to make a proper schedule to sleep and wake up.

The day emphasises the importance of sleep to improve global health and achieve a good quality of life. Children need to get good sleep as their mindset grows well in term of creativity as well as they can concentrate well on academics. 

There are many kinds of health problems that can be avoided with proper sleep. One can improve their sleep quality by eating healthy and light food before sleeping and do not take a nap for more than 45 minutes. Do not exercise just before going to bed and avoid caffeine 6 hours before sleeping.
