No Smoking Day: A day to discourage smoking among all age groups

Smoking is bad for health and this is a warning which is written on cigarette packs and even shown before viewing cinema. However, most of us do not take this warning very seriously and continue to smoke and make a house for different kinds of diseases.

The day is celebrated all across the United Kingdon to make people aware of the harmful effects of tobacco and encourage them in leaving the habit through various means and methods. Frequent smoking can become one of the deadliest habits which can harm your health.

To celebrate this day, we can participate in campaigns and workshops organised against smoking and encourage people around us to quit smoking as it can pose more side effects than good effects.

Malaika Arora's father commits suicide, investigation continues

In a shocking turn of events, actor Malaika Arora's father Anil Arora has committed suicide. He jumped from his apartment building in Bandra around 9 in the morning. Kareena Kapoor, Amrita Arora, Saif Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor and Ananya Panday have also visited her residence for the last rites. Malaika Arora's ex-husband, Arbaaz Khan, also visited her with brother Sohail, sister Alvira Khan Agnihotri, and parents Salim and Salma Khan. Malaika and Arbaaz separated in 2017 but continued to co-parent Arhaan, their son. The police are still investigating the cause of death. Malaika's parents got divorced during her childhood. The reason for the suicide remains unclear as no suicide note has been recovered and the body has been sent for post-mortem. Malaika was not in Mumbai when the news of the suicide came out. She rushed back from Pune after hearing the news.
