National Corn Chip Day: A day to enjoy a crispy snack item

Corn chips are snack food items that are made by baking or frying cornmeal in small pieces and are either sold in a bag or eaten alone with a dip. The origins of these chips are not very clear but it is a popular snack and one can enjoy it in many ways.

The origin of corn chips goes back to 1932. The story is that C.E. Elmer Doolin purchased a bag of fried corn chips and enjoyed them so much that he sold off his mother's wedding ring which we assume was by her permission to buy the recipe and manufacturer.

He began selling these chips from his car and now the company he founded has become the largest corn chips manufacturer in the USA. To celebrate Corn Chip Day, one can enjoy a bag of corn chips with some dips like melted cheese, salsa and guacamole as it can prove to be one of the best snack food.

Ravi Teja starrer Mr Bachchan releases on OTT

Ravi Teja's action drama movie titled Mr Bachchan which created a lot of hype before its release failed to create magic at the box office. The movie is directed by Harish Shankar and was released in theatres on 15th August this year. The movie is now available on Netflix. The movie is adapted from Raid where Ajay Devgn played the lead. However, the Telugu version has its own way of showing the film. The movie is about an Income Tax officer played by Ravi Teja who raids the house of a corrupt MP played by Jagapathi Babu. The film marks the debut of Bhagyashri Borse who plays Teja's love interest, Jikki. Despite the wonderful plot and Ravi Teja's fan following the film could not bring audiences to the theatres. Venom: The Last Dance final trailer released online

Sony Pictures has released the final trailer of Venom: The Last Dance. Tom Hardy returns in the final part as Eddie Brock also known as the Venom in the Spide-Man comics for the last film in the trilogy. Alongwith Hardy, the cast has Juno Temple, Peggy Lu, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Stephen Graham, Alanna Ubach and Rhys Ifans. Kelly Marcel who has written and produced the previous Venom films Directed Last Dance from a screenplay she had written. Marcel and Hardy developed Venom 3's story and have made it with Avi Arad, Amy Pascal, Matt Tolmach and Hutch Parker. Joe Caracciolo Jr. is the executive producer. Hardy's previous two comic adaptations Venom and Venom: Let There Be Cranage opened in October beginning in different years.
