International Aura Awareness Day is celebrated to spread awareness of human aura across the world. It educates us about how mental and physical health affect our auras. Aura means breath or breeze in Latin and Greek language. Aura in 19th century meant a quality or energy derived from a person or thing.
Aura is also associated with New Age religion. Many people claim to see auras in different people. Auras make us understand an individual's thought, personality and beleif. There are different colour of auras in different people which have a specific meaning attached to it.
Apart from human beings, plants and animals also have an aura around them. Auras change colours over time. If the aura becomes dark or damaged it is an indicator of psychological, physical or emotional problem. If you face these kind of situations meditation, energy balance, visualization and positive affirmation can help in healing and cleansing the aura.
On this day, one can attend workshop or seminar which make us understand about auras, read about the meaning of different color of auras, learning to read your and other perople's auras and learn how physical body is interconnected with emotional and spiritual body.
