Why is there Dearth of Outsiders from Past Few Years in Bollywood?

From Shah Rukh Khan, Kangana Ranaut to Sushant Singh Rajput ...
Bollywood film industry has been entertaining us for decades. Most of the actors whether they belong to star and non-star families have given us some of the amazing performances which won our hearts. However, if we look at the trends we observe that the arrival of outsiders in the industry has reduced drastically from the last few years.

The reasons for the same are unknown. According to me, the lack of outsiders in the industry is either because they do not get chance to prove their worth or they do not want to enter this world because of all the dirt surrounding it.

We also witness that there are fewer stars in today's generation who inspire the youth to take up acting as compared to the 90's era. Also, due to rise of OTT and web series, we find many actors debuting more in web series than in cinema.

The recent death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput has also shaken the people completely and those who were interested to come in the industry are pushing themselves back from this dream.

It is high time that Bollywood should think of giving equal opportunities to both insiders and outsiders so that nobody feels left out and more outsiders come to the industry. If this does not happen, then the industry can collapse any time soon.

They do not learn until they get scolded or shouted upon. That system has completely led to the failure of the classes as you do not know whether your concepts are clear to the students or not.  The teachers are also facing a lot of issues in taking online classes as all the matter needs to be written well before hand so that the explanation becomes easier. The setting up of the class like env...

Hari Merdeka: The day when Malaysia Got Freedom

Everybody wants to have freedom in their lives. Nobody loves to be someone's slave. Malaysia was also under the clutches of different countries ruling them and when the country got its freedom on 31st August 1957 the joy and enthusiasm of people knew no bounds.  They celebrated the day with a lot of pomp and joy and there are many official and unofficial ceremonies and observances on this day. There are many controversies surrounding the day but the fact is that people celebrate the freedom of Malaysia on this day.  The day is very special to all the residents of Malaysia and like India, they also have programs and ceremonies on this day to remember the most important day of their country.
