Books can act as stimulators for exploring complex emotions, changing ideas and going into the realm of unknown. There are many interpersonal relationships and challenges which might not have a simple solution contrary to our thought. Books help in understanding the mental state of other people which helps in developing healthy relationships.

A relaxed mind can get good sleep then distressed mind. Books help in destressing you which helps you in sleeping better. It is important that the last activity should disengage you from everything occurred during the whole day. The books which should be read are those which bring out imagination and lets you stay in the present.

Reading makes you feel good and happy. It improves your lifestyle to a great extent. The people who read books regularly are satisfied and happy with their lives and think whatever they do is worthwhile. Reading is a pleasurable hangout than mobiles, internet and other modern inventions.

Fiction readers do not need a happy ending unlike non-fiction readers. Fiction brings out uncertainty which is a key to creativity. The non-fictionalities need more certainty and stability which limits their creative power. 

5. Vocabulary 

There is no doubt that the people who read fiction have a better vocabulary as compared to non-fiction readers. They can express themselves and connect with people easily. Fiction readers have a large vocabulary as they have activity in the left temporal cortex the area of the brain which helps in grasping the languages.  

6. Memory 

There is a slower memory decline of fiction readers than those who do not read fiction. Those who read more do not show symptoms of Alzheimer's disease. It helps you in retaining information for a long time. 

7. Effective for Stress

Your brain cannot over operate. There is a need for disengagement which relaxes our cognitive power which lets it get back to normal. Reading is the best way to get disengaged than listening to music, drinking tea, going for a walk, playing video games and doing meditation. 

8. Imagination creates Understanding 

Fiction enhances your capacity for empathy and putting yourself in other's shoes. If you imagine stories it activates those regions of your brain which are responsible for understanding others and seeing the world from a different point of view. If we read about situation or feeling we think we are in the same situation and open our doors to new possibilities. 

9. Stories make you open-minded 

Fiction makes us tolerant, inclusive and open-minded. The attitude of people towards situations, people and everything around them changes drastically.

Ravi Teja starrer Mr Bachchan releases on OTT

Ravi Teja's action drama movie titled Mr Bachchan which created a lot of hype before its release failed to create magic at the box office. The movie is directed by Harish Shankar and was released in theatres on 15th August this year. The movie is now available on Netflix.  The movie is adapted from Raid where Ajay Devgn played the lead. However, the Telugu version has its own way of showing the film. The movie is about an Income Tax officer played by Ravi Teja who raids the house of a corrupt MP played by Jagapathi Babu.  The film marks the debut of Bhagyashri Borse who plays Teja's love interest, Jikki. Despite the wonderful plot and Ravi Teja's fan following the film could not bring audiences to the theatres. Venom: The Last Dance final trailer released online

Sony Pictures has released the final trailer of Venom: The Last Dance. Tom Hardy returns in the final part as Eddie Brock also known as the Venom in the Spide-Man comics for the last film in the trilogy. Alongwith Hardy, the cast has Juno Temple, Peggy Lu, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Stephen Graham, Alanna Ubach and Rhys Ifans. Kelly Marcel who has written and produced the previous Venom films Directed Last Dance from a screenplay she had written. Marcel and Hardy developed Venom 3's story and have made it with Avi Arad, Amy Pascal, Matt Tolmach and Hutch Parker. Joe Caracciolo Jr. is the executive producer.  Hardy's previous two comic adaptations Venom and Venom: Let There Be Cranage opened in October beginning in different years.
