How far is it right to replace actors in films?

Replacing an actor in a specific film is not a new phenomenon. It has been there for a very long time. However, recently there have been a lot of cases where actors are being replaced by different and new actors. There might be various reasons for the same.

Sometimes it can be an unprofessional attitude or actors asking high fees and there might be date clashes due to which an actor might be replaced. However, replacing an actor when they are deserving and professional and all due to nepotism is not a good practice.

Many deserving actors give all their time and energy to a specific film and if they are replaced overnight by a star kid it is understood that it is clearly a case of nepotism. Thus it is fair to remove a star for unprofessionalism, high fees and date clashes but if they are replaced due to nepotism then it is highly unfair.
