Ways to Keep Yourself Healthy and Fit



Fitness and health are very important for an individual. Without them, a person cannot continue with his daily work. Our body needs good fuel to keep its machinery working. Besides taking care of one's diet a person should also indulge in exercising which will keep them positive and open to new ideas. Some of the ways which can be adopted for keeping fit and healthy are. 

1. Getting enough sleep 

Many people do not sleep properly or have improper sleeping habits which heavily impact their lifestyle. Good sleep is very important for keeping fit and healthy. Lack of sleep affects mood, concentration, metabolism, memory, motor skills, immune system, cardiovascular health and immune system. Sleep helps the body in rejuvenating and healing. 

2. Never Skip Breakfast 

Breakfast is the first meal of the day and it should be taken regularly. It is very important for your physical and mental performance. A good breakfast is fuel for the whole day's energy. Breakfast can help in maintaining your level of blood sugar and healthy weight as you do not overeat after it. 

3. Drink lots of water 

It is said that 76% of the human body is made of water. It is useful in maintaining a healthy body and keeping oneself hydrated. It acts as a natural cleanser for the organs as well as the digestive system. It flushes out toxins through skin and urine. 

4. Stay away from Stress 

Stress is very harmful to a human body and leads to various problems from digestion to heart trouble. In order to remove stress, meditate, exercise, do what you love and be with nature. Do not overwork and keep on taking short breaks. It is important to be with people who support you. 

5. Eat Healthily 

Indulging in vegetables, fresh fruits and whole grains can make you fit and healthy. Tofu, poultry, fish and beans are also good sources of protein that give you energy. One should not overeat and have a balanced diet. Pizza, burgers, highly processed and artificially sweetened foods should be prevented.

Sony Liv has released a new web series called Maharani which is said to be based on the lives of Lalu Prasad Yadav and Rabri Devi. However, this series has faced a lot of backlash and criticism because it has shown how Rabri worked for Bihar but the people of Bihar say that this series is cleaning the image of Rabri Devi.  The series shows how an illiterate lady who has no interest at all in politics and is happy with the normal life she is leading. She is relieved when her husband says that he will resign from the post of Bihar CM as he is shot.  Little did she know that she will be made the CM of Bihar as Bhima, her husband is unable to discharge his duties as a CM. At first, she is very reluctant to go to the CM office as she is underconfident and cannot speak fluently. Ravi Teja starrer Mr Bachchan releases on OTT

Ravi Teja's action drama movie titled Mr Bachchan which created a lot of hype before its release failed to create magic at the box office. The movie is directed by Harish Shankar and was released in theatres on 15th August this year. The movie is now available on Netflix.  The movie is adapted from Raid where Ajay Devgn played the lead. However, the Telugu version has its own way of showing the film. The movie is about an Income Tax officer played by Ravi Teja who raids the house of a corrupt MP played by Jagapathi Babu.  The film marks the debut of Bhagyashri Borse who plays Teja's love interest, Jikki. Despite the wonderful plot and Ravi Teja's fan following the film could not bring audiences to the theatres.
