Radhe Shyam Movie Review: A film which fails to meet the audience's expectations

Radhe Shyam, a film that was released amidst a lot of hype and promised all the cinema lovers a wonderful experience turned out to be an utter disappointment that fails to connect with people.  The songs and the background music of the film are a plus point but if we look at other prospects of the film nothing seems to impress apart from the cinematography. The audiences expected Prabhas who plays the title role in the film to be a bit larger than the life character but this is not the case.  His character Vikramaditya is a flirtatious sort of person who does not believe in a relationship but when he meets Prerana, Pooja Hegde's character he cannot help but fall for her. The story revolves around their romance and its consequences. Overall, the movie is a timepass that cannot be watched more than once as there is nothing substantial if we look at the storyline and characters.

Jalsa Movie Review: A film which raises an issue as to how justice is twisted for one's convenience

Justice delayed is justice denied. However, this is not the case with the below poverty line class. They have to keep on waiting for years and ears to get justice for themselves. Jalsa is a movie where we see a maid's daughter meets with an accident when a car runs on her.  The maid is desperate for justice for her daughter. However, we see that her madam is behind the accident and she tries to cover up this incident to an extent. Somewhere or the other her conscience pricks her for doing wrong but she keeps on denying it.  After a point of time, she confesses her mistake at the end and we see that the movie is full of the complex thought processes of each and every character where they are in dilemma whether to be honest or dishonest.  Contrary to its theme, Jalsa name is very much confusing as there is no celebration happening in the movie. Then we see a surprising entry of a political figure who is celebrating his birthday after whom the movie is called Jalsa.  Ov...

Love Hostel Movie Review: The movie shines solely because of the lead actors

Love Hostel has been released on Zee5 and more than love we see that the film is more about hatred than love. Everybody is thirsty for each other's blood due to some or other reason. The lovers elope from their families because of their hatred.  The father of the daughter wants to kill her because he has to protect his honour and his daughter a different caste boy. An assassin is hired by her father for the same. He runs after them to take their lives. Everybody is after each other. The only positive thing in the film is the chemistry between the characters of Sanya Malhotra and Vikrant Massey despite so much negativity around them. Otherwise, the film is a one time watch but not meant for the repetitive watch.

Toolsidas Junior Trailer Review: A trailer which gives the glimpse of an emotional sports drama film

Toolsidas Junior which is to be late actor Rajiv Kapoor's comeback to the world of cinema is out with the trailer. However, nobody anticipated that the movie will turn out to be his last film. The movie also features Sanjay Dutt and child actor Varun Buddhadev.  The trailer shows Rajiv Kapoor as a snooker player who plays sports only because of his son. He participates in snooker competitions only to inspire his kid. The kid also dreams of his father winning the trophy as he wants his son in the future to do the same.  However, things do not go as per their plan as the father gets defeated in the championship. Things get emotional when the son tries to take revenge for his father's defeat. The son meets a snooker champion who helps him win the championship with a repeated winner.  The trailer finishes with the shots showing how the young boy faces joy and trouble to win the match. The movie is produced by Ashutosh Gowariker, Sunita Gowariker, Krishan Kumar and Bhushan Kum...
