Children today are more addicted to mobile and video games as compared to olden times. Excessive use of mobiles can damage the health of children to a greater degree and affect their mental health as well.

As the OTT platforms are releasing children movies and many video games are being introduced for kids we find them glued more to screen rather than spending time outside playing with friends. Parents are also somewhere or the other responsible for this. If they find the child crying or not eating food, they will switch on the TV or give them mobile for playing games.

This leads to slow addiction mong kids of the screen. I once witnessed a girl around 10 years old who received an expensive mobile as a birthday present at a hotel. Its good to have love and affection for your kids but this kind of affection can divert their minds and might be destructive for them.

Parents should always remember the fact that kids learn from them. If they will give them an addiction to ply upon, they will also become dependent on it. So, always have love and affection for your kids but try not to destroy their lives in the process.

The blog might be hurtful for some of the parents but let me clear the fact that I am not blaming parents or children wholly for everything. Small things contribute to greater things so one should avoid making small mistakes to avoid a big error that might happen to them in the future.
