1. Mango
Mango is known as king of fruits and is available in plenty during summer. It has many vitamins and nutrients. Vitamin A, C, D, iron, potassium, calcium are abundantly available in mangoes. 5. Musk Melon
Musk Melon has Vitamin C and A. It also has lutein and zeaxanthin which helps in improving eyesight. It is also a hydrating fruit during summer.
6. Pineapple
It is not a fruit but individual berries with a central stalk. It is one of the best tropical fruits which burns calories, boosts metabolism, regulates hypertension and is anti-inflammatory.
7. Plum
Plums are small round shaped nutrients filled with nutrients. The fruit has sorbitol, fibers, isatin which is helpful in constipation and digestion.
